Hey All,
What are the odds of rolling a different number on 4d4? What I'm looking for are the odds of rolling: 1 on die1
2 on die2
3 on die3
4 on die4 Although it won't matter, all dice would be rolled at once. Thanks for any help! |

9.375% chance (assuming that you want 1, 2, 3 and 4 but don't mind which die shows which number). If you have four different coloured dice and want say red to show 1, yellow to show 2, green to show 3 and blue to show 4 the chance becomes 0.390625% |

I'll second John, The odds are 25% to the power of 4 for the joint probability of 4 dice showing a particular face. |
