Bought a used copy of the rules. Should there be a second book? I don't have any of the data cards/TOE information. I saw some misc. data cards on their website. Are the cards available somewhere? There rules are somewhat useless without them.

Data cards, a QR Card, & a National Organizations booklet came with the rules. |
