Can anyone please point me in the direction of a list of officer ranks used in the ECW above regimental level?

As a rough starting point:
Captain General – commanding general
Lieutenant General – commanding the horse
(Sergeant) Major General – commanding the foot

Timbo W17 Jun 2017 3:33 a.m. PST

Also could have
Lord General – commanding a particular army
Colonel General – usually in charge of local forces in a county or a few counties
Lieutenant General of Artillery

But command structures, like the armies, varied a lot
