If you could order a new edition of a game with whatever changes you wanted in the game, what would the ruleset be? What specifically would you change? Oh, it could be a recent or an out of print ruleset. Or it could be rules you like, applied to a new era or war.

Man O' War.
Battle Masters with the expansion figures.
Original Warhammer Quest.

Traveller (classic)
Gamma World (2nd Ed.)
Marvel Super Heroes RPG (aka FASERIP system) with all modules.
Star Frontiers Knight Hawks with all miniatures

Broadsides (original MB boardgame)
Broadsides & Boarding Parties (MB GameMaster series)

Risk: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy edition
Risk: Star Wars Original Trilogy edition
Both of these are too strong as variants to be OOP. I'd like to pick up these sets for the Library Teen Room.

1. On To Richmond with the modified "Revenge!" result and the mixed battery option.
2. DBA. No, not DBA 3.0. The original cheap simple pamphlet with the ambiguities ironed out instead of having exciting new concepts added.
3. Retinue.
4. Charge! Just the rules, distances scaled down a little--Young's board was huge!--and with the fast melee resolution.
5. And just to read again, the John Carter of Mars RPG.

Combots! Great little game with components to customize your robot. My first miniature wargame.

5150 Fighter Command, it's fun to play solo but opposed games are a nightmare of "what does the author mean here". Various ideas that were discarded in playtest can still be seen in odd corners of the rules and it really needs a good editor.
