"Got the NEW Spanish Fleet and some Dutch" Topic

I recently made an order to Brigade Models for their Spanish Fleet and some of the new Dutch ships.

I got the package today and the Spanish look great.

I got the 2 Spanish Fleet packs and the Torpedo pack.

My Spanish have the following:

Battleship x2
Battlecruiser x2
Heavy Cruiser x2
Light Cruiser x2
Destroyer x2
Frigate x2
Patrol Nef x2
smaller ships x6

So I have 20 Spanish ships and the only thing I'll need to get more of is Destroyers which I intend to do at a later date.

I'll mention the Dutch ships later.

Eagerly awaiting the pix of the painting!

Pictures will be coming once the ships are painted.

Do include your thoughts on assembly; always like to hear how much on has to trim, how secure the joins are, etc.

Doug I'll do that as well one thing I can tell you now is that the 2 Spanish Capital ships have resin hulls with metal parts.

Looking forward to seeing some painted Spanish ships as well! Did you have an idea of the stats you will use or will there be a pdf coming for them?

When the Spanish are painted pictures will be forthcoming I assure you.

As for the stats I really don't know right now since Aeronef never did the Spanish before so no help there,although I could use one of the South American Nations and rework the stats for the Spanish.

But I might wait until Robin does the Spanish Fleet stat cards like he did the British and if all goes well all the other Fleets.

So only time will tell.
