Does anyone make suitable figures for present-day Filipino soldiers and marines, in any scale?

Do they pretty much use US kit?

I would use US troops. The Filipino Army is going to their own pixelated camo design. While most stuff is US, they do have a smattering of weapons that are non-US, as well as a number of foreign made vehicles. Their AFVs are a lot of US and Brit APCs.

Unfortunately no. But Cold War era US fits the bill pretty well as they use those types of weapons and gear.

I ran this search a whole ago and it comes up with great photos. I built a small platoon to do some Force on Force against China. I Skytrex 15mm US Modern troops for the Filipinos. They are a bit shorter than modern 15mm which fits pretty nicely with many soldier's stature. Plus you get the M203 and M16A1 rifle which are in current service. I did a head swap with a Soviet figure to create a soldier with the Airtronic RPG-7.
