I happen to think that many of the "leaks" and "spoilers" are cleverly designed by the show runners to obscure real ones. Maybe I'm watching House of cards too much… Anyway, here is what I think. Danaerys and Jon will meet. Jon will already know his true parentage (from the crypts!), that is he is a True Targaryean, and Dany is his aunt. "Hey Aunt Dany. I've got enough troubles up North. Give me a bunch of dragonglass, and you go and kill Lannisters. I'm cool with Queen Danaerys, Second of her name." "Nephew Jon? King in the North? I'm cool with that too." By now, Arya will have killed Littlefinger. Sansa will be pleased. Jon will do manly stuff north of the Wall. Bran will annoy Meera by lying back dreaming, while she drags his sorry butt back to Castle Black. Edd will let Bran in, while EVERYONE in the audience will be shouting "NOOOOOOO!" The Night King will smirk, but be puzzled that he still cannot pass, because Bran is the reincarnation of Bran the Builder. Hah! Cersei the Hot, First of Her Name, will remind me more and more of Claire Underwood. She will have an affair with Euron Greyjoy, who will slap her around, prompting Jaime to slay him. She will also not rule graciously. Tyrion will figure out that Dad was right. "You are no son of mine!" Hey. That green dragon is kind of cute. Want a ride, Tyrion? Battles galore! Will House Tarly miss their Valyrian steel greatsword? Will Sam realize that he is really a hobbit? Ser Jorah will get some salve from Quaithe, and have a Youtube video with her, as Doctor Greyscale Popper. "Hey Khaleesi! Good as new!" Gendry is done rowing. He's back, buff, and has Baratheon blood. Beric and Sandor and Ser Davos and Jon etc will make a fine commando squad. Brienne and what's his name, the red beard Viking will have very large children. Can't wait to be proven right. Or wrong! Oh, and people I like will die. Sorry Edd. Good run, but ave atque vale. I hope it's glorious. Want to know who the Prince who was promised is? Is he/she Ahur….something? Season 8. I can't wait for season 8 either. |

Lol. You are probably right on all counts except for … "Will Sam realize that he is really a hobbit?" That boy could eat a hobbit* for breakfast and still have room left over for desert. Dan * Not the ones who drank Greybeard's secret brew, of course. |

Here's something to ponder. "Little Sam", son of Craster, was supposed to be laid out for a White Walker Adoption Agency pickup. Sam thwarted that, in a rather impolite manner with dragon glass. Hmmmmm….. Significant? And Big Sam has a Valyrian Steel greatsword. Hmmmmm…. |

All the good guys will gather for a big showdown with Cersei and she will wipe the floor with them in a "This makes the Red Wedding seem like a sedate garden party." I fully expect several good guys to unexpectedly lose their heads. Littlefinger will betray Jon, take Sansa and deliver her to Cersei. Cersei eventually goes down, but flees north and ends up with the White Walkers. Dany either becomes the big bad, or kills the big bad with her dragons, either way she ends up dead anyway. Meli sacrifices herself to save a major character, has a major religious moment. Both the Hound and Arya have a showdown with the Mountain, Hound does a fastball special before the Mountain Chernobilizes him, Arya stabs him stone cold dead. Sansa ends up on the Iron Throne. |

I can't believe no one has mentioned the coming war with Dorne. Dan

Dorne though the smallest of the 7 Kingdoms, still represents a considerable force (esp medium and light mounted). They are independant by nature (unbowed, unconquered etc.) so can make a difficult ally. More anti-Lancaster than pro-Tagaryen. TomT |

I would imagine that Cersei and Jamie are going to waste valuable assets in exacting vengeance against Dorne, and this will only weaken their main defenses. Dan |

Dorne played some significant part in the last book, but it was such a mess i can't remember what it was. I predict season 7 will start in July. |
Winston Smith | 13 Jun 2017 10:48 a.m. PST |
Dorne was the most pointless plot diversion in the books. HBO should have just ignored it completely. The Sand Snakes, Darkstar, Arianne and her plot, The guy who got roasted and toasted…. All of it was a mess. It's one of Martin's indulgences that did nothing but drag out the books. Hopefully hbo will kill off the Sand Snakes toot sweet. |

Okay before you can get to Dorne you have to go through The Kingdom of the Reach. Oh and their Army like Dorne's has not yet been committed to any battles so is intact. Oh and also Allied with Dany. Cersei has a future date with her brother when he stabs her in the back. Arya hooks up with her Wolf, which is leading a very large pack of wolves and she has a very long list of names. Littlefinger will play his games until he meets a bitter end. Now since Jon is not a Stark and since Dany is his Aunt he is open to marry almost anyone. Most likely individual would be Sansa. The Ice Wall will come down and the Undead Hordes will come south. Oh and Samwell is in heaven down at the great library and while there he will find some very important information that will help in the fight against the Undead. As for the Mountain he is more Undead than Alive but it will either be his brother who kills him by fire or Arya and her wolves will do it. In the end Dany will be sitting on the Throne married to Gendry. Bran will take his rightful place as the Three Eye Raven. Jon and Sansa will be ruling the North. Jamie will be the Greatest Kings Guard ever. Tyrion will rule Castle Rock. |

Jamie WILL kill Cersei, proving once again that doing the right thing STILL makes a Kingsguard a blaggard. |

Well Arya surely scratch off quite a few names off of her list. |

Oh and Lady Mormont is still hard as nails. God she is just great. Plus not many Umbar's or Karstark's left either. Though there still might be a odd Frey or two left. Because Arya only invited the ones that matter. |
