Nice. I'm contemplating something similar in the Ohio/Northern Kentucky region. What figures are you planning to use?

To be honest, I haven't figured which figures yet. I still need to determine what factions I will work on. It will probably be all the usual suspects: Blue Moon, Brigade, Pulp, etc.
