I need to pick up some 28mm swords for a project I am working on and I'd like get nice thick swords that don't easily break. I picked up some GB swords recently and while they are nicely sculpted they are quite bendable (and thus breakable.) Does anyone know of a source for slightly thicker 28mm sword blades? |

For just the blade without the tang and handle, I have used the teeth from a hard plastic hair comb. |

Good idea but I was thinking about the whole sword. The only part the worries me is the blade since it is the only part that breaks! |

I don't know if the guy at Saxon Miniatures will sell separate swords, but they are pretty stout. |

Marcus; try some of the sites that carry plastic ancients and or some of the citadel empire stuff. Some of the individual spurs have nice swords. |
