Nice paint job! I especially like the finish on some of the cloth. I appreciate seeing a fully clothed female, one that doesn't have a dramatically plunging neckline. Let's face it, I also like red hair. The artist mentions trying to achieve a turquoise non-metallic metal effect on the armor. I'm familiar with white/silver plate armor, and have read accounts of blackened armor. I think I've even heard of red armor, and I certainly realize that plate armor could be painted. Could you achieve other colors in the forging and shaping of plate armor, like turquoise? Grelber |
