For whatever is in the store as of this posting.
The buildings, especially the bridges and windmills, look excellent. You should really order a few just to check them out!
I mean, if you want to…

Shout-out to laretenue for giving me the idea for that wooden bridge. It really came out well. Both bridges seemed seemed a bit pricey to me when I uploaded them, but now that I see the final product I understand why; the things are big! I'll be making smaller versions, as well as a few variants. I'd particularly like to make some of those bridges covered with buildings….

On that note, if anyone has any requests for troops or buildings they would like to see, email me at forward march mini atures A T gmail.

New things will be added all the time. I took down the 20mm infantry pieces, because I need to re-do them with the new bayonets. But I'll be getting them back up this coming weekend along with many more sizes and types of infantry unit. Two ranked infantry, 20mm strips, 60mm strips and a few other goodies will be uploaded within the next few days. These will all be immediately available as only minor tweaks to the existing figures are required. Fingers crossed, by this weekend I'll have all the basic figures up to do most wars in the Horse and Musket range. As soon as I get all the required codes up, I'll start getting some high quality pictures up as well. This coming weekend will probably be a big photoshoot and (hopefully) the debut of my new website, where I will be posting all kinds of goodness.

I really like the bridge. Good luck.

I was just thinking, there was someone who bought some of the old 20mm infantry codes from me a week or so ago. Those should come out fine, as they are identical to the upcoming 20mm infantry codes except that the bayonets are technically too "thin." I had to change the bayonets a bit (fractions of a mm, literally) to get the model into production. Anyway, those should be indistinguishable from the new ones, but if for any reason they're not, you you're not happy, let me know at the above email and I'll send you some new ones for free.

I'll have some pics of the new infantry up tomorrow. Maybe some buildings too.

I'd like to see these photographed next to rulers. It would help determine how size compatible they are with the stuff from Langton, Brigade Models, Irregular, and Pithead.

I also can't tell from the pictures if the roofs have any tile texture.

Since you have these in Shapeways, you might consider rescaling them for 3mm (1/600) scale as well. It seems to be a really popular scale right now, and I'd personally like to buy a bunch to add variety to my naval shore terrain.

Thanks for that shout-out. All your energy and efforts are suddenly producing some very exciting product. I think I'm waking up to the future of our hobby.

I echo Y.Admiral about bumping your buildings up to 3mm. But before then, please add the dimensions of your terrain pieces to the Shapeways data. I have several of the same suppliers as he clearly does, and it may be that your existing range is already compatible. Calculations of size are notoriously subjective, more so the smaller you go.

But congratulations. I feel you are doing us all a valuable service.

Those columns of marching windmills would be great for an imaginations or fantasy, army!

I have absolutely no use for those bridges, but I am tempted to get them anyway. Those are so cool!

I just got a note from Shapeways saying that my 2mm cavalry have shipped. I am really looking forward to seeing these guys in the flesh, and getting some paint on. I've done quite a lot of 2mm work before, and I am notorious for doing too much detail work on them. (dang lace….) From what I can tell these new guys will be worth the effort.

ummmmmmm……Inniskilling Dragoons……

Are you able to do the single story houses in 18 or 20mm scale?

boy wundyr x06 Jun 2017 11:42 a.m. PST

The bridges are on my list for sure, hopefully 3mm versions can be available too (as I said on the other thread about them, I can use both scales for different gaming purposes).
