It's always pleasant when a company does an exceptional job at standing behind their product. I recently ordered a copy of On To Paris from Compass Games and when I opened it up I noticed that one counter sheet was die cut offset from the counter art. I dropped a quick note to the company, on Memorial Day, and asked for a replacement. I received an email response within an hour and today, 4 days later, a replacement sheet is in my hands. Very well done Compass Games!
