The DBA 2.0 Lists for Nikephorian (III/64) and Konstantinia (III/75) call for 8Bw; Are they still on the lists and what did Phil have in mind?

I have enough painted old Ral Partha "1200 AD" figures to field a couple of Morphing armies, was wondering if it was worth looking for some figures to paint up, or what. So also looking for vintage 25mm figure recommendations.

They're intended to be modelled as front rank spear-and-shield, rear rank bow. The DBMM wording for the Nikephorian list is:

Skoutatoi wore textile armour and felt caps and fought with long shields and pikes in a mixed formation of 2 ranks of skoutatoi, followed by 3 of archers, followed by 2 more of skoutatoi. Since their tactical role was continuous protected archery and vast numbers of arrows (150 per man) were supplied, this is simulated by 1 element of kontaratoi represented as pikes but classed as Bw (X), double based with 1 element of archers classed as Bw (O).
