Really guys? You are getting upset because a classy theatre is screening Wonder Woman for all female audiences?
Pull up your man pants and get a grip. Stop acting like such fragile flowers.

I'm offended that you are not offended by this, which will probably offend you, even though I'm not trying to be offensive… my head hurts a little, I'm going to lie down a while.

So I'm guessing they'll allow males who self identify as females to attend.

Typical garbage. They would be screamed no discrimination if it had been for an all-male audience. But they feel they can do it.

Sorry but as a DoD certified investigator for discrimination issues, I would have to post an "off limits" sign on the door, if I had been inspecting a complaint about this.

This, however, doesn't really rate up there with things like foreign wars or domestic woes or whoever thought The New Monkees was a good idea.

Now THAT is the reaction I find most comical. SO WHAT?!???!

All this harrumphing over a section of society who feels marginalized having fun with a movie that is in sync with their own wishes for what a movie should be.
I say, "Go Girl! Enjoy it!"
I'm sure that I wil enjoy it because it looks like a fun movie. . And if someone of an opposite orientation than mine wants to enjoy it more, I'm ok with that.

One of today's problems is the unwillingness of some to let others enjoy what they want to enjoy on their terms.
It's like demanding that I not enjoy Blazing Saddles because it's not in touch with today's zeitgeist. And getting outraged because others do not like Blazing Saddles.

Like what you want, in the company you want. And if someone can make a buck off it, well that's fine too.

I am outraged that Wonder Woman is so skinny. Gal Gadot is a nice girl, no doubt, and easy on the eye, but WW should have a wider, ehem, frontage.

I am mildly annoyed that my wife can't take me to this showing. That does seem a bit too much.

Yep. I think this is great. Now we might finally be able to see action films without chicks* being there in the theater!

Well, there are still plenty of places that are men only, like golf clubs etc here in the UK, so I see no problem.

All of those "Imagine if….." scenarios boil down to one thing. The key word is "imagine". Has it happened? You're expecting the Bad Guys to operate by your logic of how they should behave.

From what I can see … at least on TMP. There will never be a shortage any topic(s) that won't inspire some to righteous indignation, outrage, upset, annoyance, etc. from some/many. On this little piece of the virtual universe known as "TMP" …

When I was younger I had no problem with Ladies night. But then again Gents were invited. Which was kind of the point.

In some cities they have mom showings. Where mom can bring their baby to the show without ruining the show for everyone else. Usually a matinée. I am 100% for that.
