I have no problems getting to their site and checking things out. The issue that I have is that they don't respond to emails. And I am referring to more than one over the past 5 months. |

I am referring to more than one over the past 5 months. I have an order for FIW stuff from last September (2016) still pending. Had a pleasant exchange with Trevor at Redoubt at the time, no suggestion of such a delay ensuing. Several more attempts in recent months no luck getting an answer. Anyone know anything?

Will never order from them again. They never sent my $115 USD worth of stuff or answered my emails for 6 months. Finally got PayPal on them and got $95 USD dollars back. Pound had lost value because of Brexit. Don't do business with them. They suck!!!!! |

They took quite a while to send my stuff too. Got it all in the end but had to chase it up. Not going to bother again with so much better competition out there. |

Maybe; while their figures were state-of-the-art in the eighties, they look very old-school today – so perhaps the reality has finally hit home. |
