I quickly painted up this Micro Arts Studio power plant.

This hardfoam stuff is not bad, and relatively cheap.

cool objective piece, anything special you have to do to paint this (ex: any specific type of base coat)?

No, I just used blue paint after a grey undercoat and fluorescent orange. I was worried that spray paint won't work very well on hardfoam, but it worked fine.
