Great looking board. I'm curious if you found there was enough terrain & cover? It seems like in these small gang skirmish scifi games, you need a lot of cover to prevent long lines of fire. Otherwise players sometimes just sit back & wait for a clear shot as the opponent moves around.

The objective was to destroy the bastion's main door. That is the reason why we protect it with high rocks and a canyon-like access before rolling for the roles and the entrance's edge.

There were enough cover for these small teams to operate but they have to be careful and ready to jump from cover to cover if they want to advance.

The main mistake / bad luck thing was to deploy the exarch alone in the canyon. The Eldar player wanted him to be ready to react as soon as possible. The Eldars played first but by missing the sentries action roll, the DA player moved them away from action. When the DA began, they were able to pin the exarch repeatedly so he was not able to react for the first three turns before being put out of action.
