You can view photos from two of the Stalingrad games played at Huzzah! this last weekend over at the Wargames, Soldiers and Strategy FB page. These are the building kits designed by Joerg Bender of Things from the Basement, thingsfromthebasement.com , and Tony Rieger. Tony Rieger and Dave Shuster created the tabletops, turning the kits into what you see in the photos. This project took nearly a year to complete, but the result was spectacular.

Nice. This is going to be the year of Stalingrad games it seems.

Gorgeous.Just Gorgeous.

Does Things from the Basement have any more plans for other Stalingrad landmarks?

Joerg Bender22 May 2017 4:45 p.m. PST

Last weeks have been very busy with these two projects.
Pavlov's House is available as a complete kit now as are all the individual modules in case you want a smaller footprint.
The train station will hit the shop soon. Due to its size I will offer one or two smaller versions as well. This may take a few weeks though.
There are definitely more ideas for the future which require more research first. Updates will be available on my website, Facebook and here on TMP.

Will this game be at H-Con? It should be and showcased! These are the type of games we need to see more of at Historicon! Great job!
