Well, a good figure is made mediocre by a bad base. this is true in this case. The base is so ordinary and unimaginative that it brings everything down to a mediocre level. Too bad.

Different strokes for different folks. To my way of thinking a more cluttered base would likely detract from such superior figures. Simplicity has its own beauty. Well done!

I will split the difference between Dave and William: although the basing could use a smidge more something, the paint job is still very good.
