Writing in Slingshot magazine, Chris Hahn observes:

…I continue to think about adopting some sort of house rule to address ties in melee as well as factoring in fatigue or exhaustion.

What amendments or house rules do you think L'Art de la Guerre needs?

None

This is what ruined DBA and DBM.
Take a simple game and "improve" it.
It's like adding supply lines to chess.
If you want a more complicated game, go play Newbury "Fast Play" Ancients.
But don't gild the lily. It's fine as it is.

Gilded Lilies: All great works of art are never finished, just abandoned.

A good game but the slight forcing back and bending of an unbroken line shield wall just ain't in it.
