I've seen reference to this before and I have an unopened box of tile in the garage. I'm in the middle of working on some scenery for Song of Arthur and Merlin and figured when I was finished I could base it on the tiles. I've never done this before though. Could someone point me to some tutorials on how it is done? Also some of my terrain is made of styrofoam, can it be based to vinyl tile as well? Seems like superglue might melt it. |

Hotglue works very well with it, and it can be cut with scissors, if it is the thinner, 3mm stuff. I'm using it right now for tree bases, and it is superb for that. |

I have often thought of this, and have seen blue tiles I thought could be used for naval battles. VCT tile is used with a spread on glue, I should do a test for you if I have any glue or can get some at work. It is used with a knotched trowel |

I've put adhesive vinyl tile (1' square) on 1" pink foam, then used the tile as a cutting guide for a hot wire to cut the pink foam to size. Presto! 1' x 1' gaming tile, 1" thick |
