Like "Dream Quest of Unknown Kadath" cats from Saturn? I don't think they are every described, but I could be wrong. I would use earth cats and paint them in weird greens and blues to differentiate them. And of course have massive Earth Cat / Saturn Cat / Moon Frog battles. Good luck!
