The heels are OK. They may have to ride horses to get away from the cross burning, or whatever cult-related act they're into, and they'll want heels to help with the stirrups. Are they the same scale as the female minions we saw earlier? I didn't interpret Club Girl as holding a shield, although I suppose she could be. I saw her pose as a variation of this pose from the Bruce Lee film Game of Death:
