I like how Club Girl and Knife Girl have arms to take shields. And this is clearly a pre-70s cult as the specter of sensible shoes has not been raised.

The heels are OK. They may have to ride horses to get away from the cross burning, or whatever cult-related act they're into, and they'll want heels to help with the stirrups.

Are they the same scale as the female minions we saw earlier?

I didn't interpret Club Girl as holding a shield, although I suppose she could be. I saw her pose as a variation of this pose from the Bruce Lee film Game of Death:
