Looks good. A picture to compare size with a few different manufacturers would be useful. It is only my feedback on this and in no way representative of the Bolt Action player base, but if I cannot complete a project with all the necessary teams, I usually hesitate long: Infantry platoons without Cmd, HMG and Mortar teams have reduced interest in Bolt Action so it might be better to put these as buys rather than stretch goals. |

They are actually stretch goals but… Some of them will be free if the goals are met. Others will be able to be purchased at KS pricing if the goals are met. All will be available post KS. US .30 Cal MG w/ 3 crew .50 Cal MG w/ 3 crew 60mm Mortar w/ 3 crew Flamethrower Team – 2 crew FO Team – FO and Radioman Bazooka Team – 2 crew Engineers – 2 figs w/ mine detectors 57mm AT Gun – 3 crew German 8 cm Mortar w/ 4 crew MG42 on Tripod w/ 4 crew Pak 40 – 4 crew Sniper Team – 2 figs Panzerschrects – 2 figs Intelligence Officer |

All the stretches have buy options in case we don't make a specific stretch goal. Obviously, the benefit of a reward stretch goal is that everyone at the platoon level or higher gets that pack included. So it is in all backers interest to get as many friends involved as possible. I need to add the additional stretch goals today to list all the packs. link |

Repaint – take another look at the KS. This line does look quite complete in order for you to build the units you want. |

Oh, I see. If we reach the stretch goal they are free otherwise we need to add the amount to purchase them. Nice actually. |

Looks good – forgive me if I missed this on your linked KS page – who is the sculptor? EC |
Formerly Regiment Games | 12 May 2017 12:16 p.m. PST |
From the KS comments: ---snip--- …we prefer not to name the sculptor at this time due to business reasons. I can say that the sculptor takes their research seriously and making a historically accurate range was one of our main concerns. As mentioned above, some size comparison shots would be nice, as well as some close ups. The examples are certainly painted and based well.

@EC Lon posted this when asked who the sculptor was on Kickstarter: "Andrew, we prefer not to name the sculptor at this time due to business reasons. I can say that the sculptor takes their research seriously and making a historically accurate range was one of our main concerns." Make of that what you will. Hope that helps! Ed |

I will be posting some size comparison shots of other ranges. We did make them to be compatible. |

Forgive the question – I am a total KS noob! Say I buy the German platoon and the KS funding gets to $11,500 USD when you close out on 31st May. Can see I would get the panzerschrek team + MG42. But would I also get US bazooka and flamethrower? They say 'free to all backers pledging a platoon or higher' – but the US 30 cal machine gun team doesn't even though it unlocks at $7,000. USD Or just the German stretch goal packs? EC |
BrigadeGames | 22 May 2017 11:03 a.m. PST |
Eclaireur You would get all Free rewards by buying in at any platoon level. So yes, if you get a German platoon, you would get all German AND all U.S. Army free rewards. For any stretch goals that are unlocked but are not free, like the US .30 cal team, just increase your pledge by the amount to cover the team if you want to add it. This would also go for any add-on or multiples (just increase your pledge to cover the extras – you can do this at any time during the KS.) And if you want a multiple of some items already unlocked, just add the additional amount to your pledge to cover any multiples. When the KS funding period ends, kickstarter then bills your credit card for your pledge. Also, once the KS funding period ends, we will send a survey and you will tell us how you want to spend the additional pledge money if you pledged an amount over the backer level you chose. I want to stress the following. All the items will be available after the KS through the survey process. Unlocking them during the KS will provide a better discount than what will be offered for items not unlocked. In the post KS survey process, you will be able to add items to your KS order, but the funds for any of those items will be done outside of KS via a PayPal invoice which you can pay by credit card or via PayPal. I hope that helps. Lon BG |

Thanks Lon for explaining. I realise some of these questions are a bit basic, but at least they bump the topic back up ;-) EC |

Re-upping this… Did anyone get these figures at Historicon? Are you satisfied? I bought in to the Kickstarter but still haven't got mine… EC |

Not got mine either, but I wasn't at Historicon. |
