Santa needs you!! We need painters for this year's Toys for Tots charity event, to be held at the HMGS "Fall in!" convention. The Wednesday Night Painting Group (WNPG) hosts an annual event to raise money for Toys for Tots, this includes a miniature/terrain auction and a Chinese style Raffle of new items.
We are looking for painters to paint some of the items that have been donated for the auction. We also happily accept items that are already painted, and items that you would like to donate to be painted by someone else. If you're not a painter, or don't have the free time to paint, we are always looking for items for the Raffle.
This will be our 13th year raising money for Toys for Tots and to date we have raised over $50 USDK for the charity.
If you would like to help or have any questions please let me know and I can send you a list of the items we have so far that need to be painted. And a Huge Thank You to everyone who has helped in the past! Thanks

OK, Moe, let me see if I have this straight. We could paint a figure we already have, send it to you, you'd auction it off, and the money would go to Toys for Tots, right? Like most Colorado gamers, I don't do "Fall In," so what is your drop dead for receiving the painted figures? Any other details? Grelber |

What sort of things are you looking for? I acquired some Reaper Bones minis at last year's ReaperCon that I probably won't ever use as I game in 15mm vice 28mm. Also, what timeframe are we looking at? Regards, Scott Chisholm |

Thanks guys, Grelber, That is correct. We can either send you items that were donated to be painted, or donate a figure(s) etc to us directly. The convention is not until November, but as many of you know, it never seems like enough time. It's hard to say what is popular this year, but some things like 28mm WWII always does well. ACW and AWI also are big. Scott, Single figs from Reaper do well since the usually fit into frosgrave or some modern gaming. I will pm you all with a current list of items.. Thanks Santa Moe |
