Very interesting. I would have loved to have seen the picture of the reverse.

Not a good idea to have that lamp in the case. UV will eventually fade and destroy that flag. At the very least it needs to have non-UV bulbs in a UV sleeve. But even with all of that, some UV will get through. Best not to have a light in that exhibit case.
