The painter calls it 1/28 in the description but 28mm later on. In comparison with the Vallejo paint tubes it definitely looks like a 30mm flat.

High resolution photography isn't always flattering to the smaller scale flats. This is a nice precise paint job but the shading is perhaps a bit too subtle.
