Hi Friends,

In 1809-15 each Austrian line battalion carried 1 flag.
Who was the flag-bearer ? An junior officer, ensign, cadet, NCO, who ?

How strong was the escort ?

1. An NCO with the rank of "Führer".
2. There was no such escort as e.g. the French and Russians had.
