Alexander and the Gauls, a LADG Battle Report I really need a better method of titling these things. Aside from being repetitious, they sometimes sound like "Santa Clause verses the Martians", or "Abbot and Costello Meet the Wolf Man". One afternoon at the On Military Matters Bookstore, we lined up an army of Early Germans against Alexander's Macedonians. link Enjoy |

Good LADG Battle report, but it appears to lack a final resolution. |

Alexander's Macedonian's hit their breakpoint of 32. So it was a Gallic win. |

Seems to have been a rather bloody close run thing overall though pretty decisive on the respective flanks. Nice report. |

I had a conversation with "Alexander" and he agrees with you Goragrad. I have written so many of these things I forget the details and rely on the pictures. He thinks the flank action victories of the Gauls more then made up for the Macedonian wins in the center. |
