IMO, thereby rebranding themselves "NinnyNoGo"!

AFAIK it was their main advantage over Kickstarter. And that they had – or had? – a Gallery.

Yes, quite annoying. I didn't find this out until I went to launch our Cleopatra campaign the other day and found out they were no longer accepting Paypal payments. I've had a few previous contributors ask to pay by Paypal outside the Indiegogo site. No idea why they decided to do this

With Paypal's policies on charge backs it makes taking Paypal a pretty dodgy proposition at times. Although for something like this I'd imagine that if someone was going to get their money back it would be before the deadlines for the projects to be finished.

It is also quite costly compared to other merchant services.

Paypal used to be innovative, now it's just a yesteryear drag. Need now for a digital payment platform that is less static and contrived.
