I remember working on a case that took me out into the very rural countryside. As I approached the house I was looking for, out in the middle of nowhere. I thought what I saw was a very odd looking "dog". Standing in the front yard. As I got closer I saw it was a goat !

I also had to be careful not to run over any of the chickens and ducks walking around freely everywhere. On the property. Being raised in deepest darkest suburbia. We didn't have any goats, chickens, or ducks in the neighborhood. Let alone freely grazing at will … huh?
