Headline should have said " It doesn't get any Better than Them " UK was closed yesterday due to a Bank Holiday so I sent an order via Paypal,there was some foul up so I emailed saying I call on Tuesday and pay for it. Had a reply from Ian right away so I texted asking if he wasn't busy would I just for it now. Got email half hour back saying the order was posted. If they work 9 to 5 hours that's a 6hr turnaround !! It doesn't get any better than that :-)

The Kay family are the most decent people in the industry, what a company should be, I have been a customer for over 30 years is not hard to figure out the reason why they are in business for so long. Outstanding service and lovely people. Long may they continue.

It usually takes around 9 days for their packages to arrive here in southern Arizona. Great service.

I just got an order from them a few days ago. It hung in customs for a few days, but they shipped super quick on their end and were a pleasure to deal with.
