Wrgmr – there's a picture of the 75mm gunship towards the bottom (four .50s in a row in the nose as well).

There was a proposed version of the A-26 Invader that was to have a 37mm in the same fashion as the Mitchell.

Ray -- I watched them take off from Grimes Field a few years ago; I love the sound of all of those radial engines.

Only one Doolittle Raider left. I know the guy who runs this reunion for the NMUSAF. Its a lot of work but it is so worth it.
