Hi, I don't play Saga, but the reviews of the Age of the Wolf campaign books have me interested in a possible conversion. I note that the system includes new scenarios, but also references scenarios that I suppose are included in the core rules. My question is whether the campaign book includes details of all the scenarios, or just references the core rules for most of them. I'm supposing the later, which will reduce the value of the book a bit for me, but I thought I would ask to confirm. Cheers, Christopher |

Scenarios pretty much tied to the Saga system. If you don't play it I don't think it's the best use of your money. |

Depends how much you want to tinker with the system. As Salt states, the rules don't explain the core scenarios so you will lose there. That stated, if you don't mind using your own scenarios the rest of the campaign system would work fine. When the system generates a "raid" you would have to substitute your own scenario. It is expensive but I have found it novel and worthwhile. ( Be sure to double your replacements though!) Much better than the campaign in their new A+A supplement. Joe |

Thanks for the frank advice guys. Considering I'm already playing a bit of Frankenstein's System Monster (Dux Brit campaign framework, Lion Rampant for tabletop rules for raids, getting into AdlG for actual battles), it might eventually be worthwhile. |

Good Luck. I mish mash rules all the time. Joe |
