These are METAL, NOT plastic. Please check your source on the Perry Brothers site. These are listed under Metal Ranges, Victoria's Little Wars, Afghan Campaign.

Please at least attempt to read and understand the source material before you decide where to post. Many would appreciate it.

Ah…oh well. Nice looking figures anyway. I wish, however, that the Perrys would use a different casting company. I just got the Afghan infantry and they are quite nice except for the millions of little vent 'worms'. Many other companies do not have this issue and it is very off-putting. I find their metal is also a bit too soft. Their weapons are not always that robust and for wargaming purposes that is a problem when combined with their metal.

Nevertheless, small gripes of rather well designed figures.

Yes, the sword and shield pack look particularly good. I'm actually glad that these are not plastic. Notwithstanding my concerns over the casting, I much prefer metal to plastic. Thanks for posting these Armand.
