Mark: they are a joy to prep and dead simple to paint (WWII Russians). Nice undercuts conducive to shading / highlighting, large characteristic faces, little or no flash and the molds are clever with seam lines that require very little sanding. Some might find the to be too 'large' compared to other brands but I really like them. I prefer 1/48 for vehicles and their 5 part resin T-34/85's are outstanding: little or no flash and fine detail. The lads at teh club figure they will mix well with Artizan and Warlord Metals (but not Warlord plastics). Sound right to you? |
