"Excellent Service From Warbases" Topic

I just received my order from Warbases and want to say I'm deeply impressed by their service. I ordered several packs of their luxury 3mm bases and received them here in the US in exactly a week. They were well packed, postage was very reasonable and the product is superb.

This might sound strange, but the bases also smell wonderful. A nice woody, fireside sort of smell, which, since my project currently is the Wild West, seems wonderfully appropriate.

Anyhow, I want to highly recommend this UK based company, both to other gamers here in the States and anyone else interested in some excellent (redolent!) bases. I shall be ordering more shortly.

Another fan of Warbases. Their service is first class and their prices very reasonable. I have approached them with custom orders on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. My orders to Canada are regularly received within 10 days of placing the order. Outstanding.

I asked them if they could make some shop signs for me, not a problem, really like warbases, they are both very helpful.

Also, the product came more quickly and was less expensive than the well-known base making company located in the USA.

PJ, couldn't agree more. The US supplier I've used in the past has generally taken 4-8 weeks (I know, I know, this is a first world problem, but it can feel like a long wait when a guy's eager to start a project!).

Warbases highly recommended, they seem to pack all day and post at dead of night, so my stuff normally arrives within 36 hours at most. Great company to deal with and terrific products.

I agree with all of the above. If you want something out of the ordinary, just ask them. For example, they made me a nice selection of irregular shapes to use as ponds.

I have done business with them before and agree wholeheartedly with your assessment.
