Now that's a tale!

I stumbled across this while trying to find out more about the Van Meter tile factory, as my grandfather's ex-wife's 4th husband worked there in 1910! He was also born in Van Meter.

And just imagine, 15 years and two months later, Bob Feller was born in Van Meter! Coincidence? Yeah, probably. grin

Interesting story though, first thing I thought of was Mothman.
