Best time for Soviet tank buying was probably early 90's,right after the demise--it was the Wild West. You could get a T-34,delivered to the Port of Baltimore, for $10,000. USD Plus,if you bought three, you'd get a free one for parts. (Or so I was told--I didn't do it myself!) |

Nope--but some reviews here: link Are you thinking about visiting? Or buying? If the latter, there are US sources, which might involve fewer headaches. Here's a T-34 for sale: link Edit: Oops, sorry, they're in Prague! There are US sellers, though. |

Hmmmmmm… A 4 million sized tank that was holding only 2 million worth of gold. Makes me wonder. |

If you just want to drive something, there's this place in Georgia: tanktownusa.com $100 USD for 10 minutes, or $500 USD for 25 minutes includes running over a car multiple times--if that turns you on. "Drivers must be at least 15 yrs with a learner's permit"--LOL! |

Soldiers loot gold? I'm sure there's a film script in there somewhere… |

So that's where they ended up! The Nigerian Oil Minister said the shipment was in the tank and they had lost track of it. Pity I lost my claim ticket… |
