Nice review. I've been enjoying Tanks as a quick, easy introduction type of game for players who are new to WW2 wargaming. The cool factor of WW2 tanks, especially the German big cats, seems to get its hooks into new guys. I think it's a good "gateway game" that can lead to bigger games like FOW!! |

Great paint job on the Super Pershing! Also the airbrushed Panther! |

Might have taken you quite awhile to do the camo on the Semovente but very much worth it, nice job! |

That's pretty cool! I think I might make an entire town terrain piece. Looks good for a tank duel. |

Nice paper town you have there. Imagine if you had the EW tanks running loose in that town! Wrecks do affect movement in this game, right? |

Yes, I very much like the paper town! :) And Tanks! is a pretty cool game, too. Sort of X-Wing for tanks :) |

Great blog 'report'. Loved the paper town. Very inspiriing. Was that your own work or from 'Paper Terrain', or another? As for the Zvezda models, they look really good. Its been said here on TMP: They seem to put more 'effort' & detail in the models from "The Great Patriotic War" [(WW II) Soviet/Ger], than other nations & periods. btw, at first glance.. I thought the 'town battle' was 285 scale. Really great photo work getting those pics. |

The TANKS system and tanks have been a great seller for me at conventions this year. The vehicles are reasonable at $10 USD with some even having variants. The Starter set is a grood buy at $25 USD since you get $30 USD worth of tanks in it. Interesting review. |
