I ave recently finished an old Skytrex 1:300 scale Albatros D.III for my Weird WWI German HOTT amry. I decided to do the one flown by Ltn. George Simon of Jasta 11. The source book I am using to build this army references both Albatros D.IIIs and Jasta 11. I also have been wanting to paint the three color camo pattern, but the pictures seems to show the Pale Brunswick Green as more of a pale blue??? Anyway, I matched the colors I used to Methuen, and it does look right in person. The base will be done when the army is complete so I can maintain a more consistent look.
