I have some of those, and they can work pretty good. The problem is they are scaled to fit the box, so things like trucks are close enough. Cars however are usually really huge. They might be OK if I didnt have a few that are to scale. So 1/64th on the same street next to 1/100th just looks terrible. I have a bag of 6mm cars that somebody sent me a link to, that are just plastic with few details and are really generic, but prepainted and only a few cents each. I am hoping somebody knows where you can get something similar for 15mm I got the 6mm for streets in robotech, and they do the job well Owen |

Search for 1/100 scale cars on eBay. It's a common scale for architectural models so plenty of Chinese vendors. Have yet to get some myself, but have been meaning to for ages. |

Several companies produce sci-fi cars. All scale well with each other. Darkest star are my favorite, and I'll second or third them on this post ! Khurasan miniatures
15mm.uk miniatures Are a few others. I'd recommend them over matchbox cars. |

Wee Scapes have a set of 7 1:100 simple resign vehicles, presumably for model railways. But they are going on my table as generic colonist vehicles |
