Who won? I will run battle of Carthage Mo (fought 11 days before Bull run )at Borderwars in Kansas City this May. Sigel VS Governor Jackson.

What a lovely layout! I like the simple unit labels that just give the brigadier's name. Overall, an evocative rendering of a famous battle. Evidently Vincent has done a good job in writing the scenario. I must play it myself sometime. Thanks for posting!

mildbill, the Confederates won in the sense that they held all the objectives, but both sides troops were pretty exhausted so I would say the Union did somewhat better than at the historical battle.

Thanks Chris, and yes I decided on just the Brigadier's name as this gives little away to the opposition, although most of the time the opposition can't see the labels anyway.

Excellent AAR. I put all the info on unit labels. Even the owning side has trouble making it out. But then the Fencibles are a venerable crew.

Ah yes, I find I often have to squint a bit these days if it is over a certain distance
