Yes indeed. They looked pretty rough, but with a little effort they should be quite nice. The Russians were particularly well represented, though lacking in cavalry. The French will be a bit more work as the infantry will really have to be completely stripped and repainted.

Great find--congrats! Your mention of Matt made me go look through the Wellington Man posts again--inspiring stuff!


I couldn't afford these back in the day,so went for their 15s. One question: are these considered 1/72 now? They were sold as 25mm back then (25mm to the top of the head,of course, like all the lines were).

Not really sure what folks consider them size wise. They are really around 23mm, which is more in line with 1/72 scale plastics than a true 25mm figure would be.
