Thanks. Clib looks great mate im samurai mad painting up Hideyoshi's army and Tokugawa army in 15mm at present will share photos when completed. Also RAN is being re-released in HD with new scenes 1st April looks great. By the way im your number 1 fan have large 1690 armies from Pendraken not started painting them yet but soon retiring next month so ordering as a treat the new late 16thc french wars of religion you did for Khurasan they are unbelievable keep up the good work and thanks.

Cheers firebase2012, that's very kind. I've enjoyed doing the late 16th Century stuff for Khurasan (in fact I have more of it on the design desk right now), its an interesting era that probably deserves more attention.
Interesting to hear about RAN, I wonder is it the version that was doing the rounds in cinemas a few months back? I saw it and while it was impressive on the big screen, it didn't look all that different from previous versions I've seen; there was a distinct grain in many scenes. I've heard that the issues are with the original prints so may not be possible to do much about. Great movie anyway; got me into samurai in the first place.
