Never mind all the poisonous creatures and drop bears wandering around.

Good luck hope you are all OK. But remember they are Aussies. Bit of rain Bruce yeh Barrie better clean up the mess first and then have a tinnie. Aussies and Aussie land just like Texas only bigger.

Sharknado suddenly became much more realistic.

I just got this message from Lori Brom about the Webbs (Castaway Arts):

We heard back from them yesterday, they are fine. The storm passed very South of them, closer to Brisbane.

That's good to hear, at least about the Webbs.

I hope our other gaming friends are OK as well.

Gunfreak, it is realistic – link

And that's not related to the cyclone, either.

Lots of rain and some flooding expected later today in South East Queensland.

Calico Bill29 Mar 2017 6:25 p.m. PST

Windy & wet out there, a few roads cut, schools closed, and power out in a few suburbs. Otherwise, all well here in Bundaberg (SE Qld.).

I also heard directly from Gerry Webb. His only complaint is that the storm took all their cloud cover away, brought in westerlies from the interior, and significantly raised the temperature.

Where is our beloved Ochoin?

I always feel less safe in the dark (I'm in South Australia).

We were going to Hamilton island last week but flights were cancelled because of the cyclone. So we took off for a few days in northern NSW…..cut off by the floods and still trying to get home. I m still laughing at the irony.
