Makes him a different figure. The ears go away too. For fantasy, it really doesn't matter. |

Does anyone remember a UK sculpture of rather whimsical goblin figures…I saw some a while back but can't find the site. I remember one figure had a cookware armour. This guy made me want to go look for them. |

I kind of like the helmet version better. It could be anything then, not just an ogre. |

but if the figure is no longer a cyclops what objection would you have to the helmet? Once it is attached, its a new fig depicting something other than a cyclops. Kind of like a choice between a zombie or a cultist head on a frostgrave plastic. It's not a flaw. As for the helmet itself, I don't think the nose bar is attached to the brow of the helm. There is a vision slit across that any WotRoses sallet might have. His eye is pretty high on his head. |
