Which company makes the best dice? |
Cerdic | 24 Mar 2017 1:14 p.m. PST |
None of 'em. They all roll equally badly for me…. |

I have only noted the company name when I have got poor dice. Except for the small number of bad ones all the rest seem much of a muchness. x42 |

Define "best"… The piggiest ones with the most characterful sixes are:
although they don't seem to come with any guarantee of producing the desired result at any given point in time. |

Chessex. If they're rolling bad, I just swap 'em out for a different color. I keep small ones in a Wyrmwood box for all my Rampant games. I used to have some I could just toss across the room when I still played DBA. They're indestructible |

Thank you Col Bogey We were the ones that started the idea of putting the company logo on the 6 instead of the 1 martin

I like my simple chessex ones. I strongly dislike ones with a picture in place of a 1 , put it in the 6 if anywhere. |

Define "best." Chessex are perfectly serviceable, but what I actually look for are (always) number of sides and color and (sometimes with D6's) size or special marking. |

Most of my D6's are from Chessex. |

Another vote for casinos and Gamescience. |

Gamescience, although Chessex is quite serviceable and dollar store dice work great when chucking handfuls at a time. I'm quite fond of my Moose d6's by Koplow. |

I'm quite fond of my Moose d6's by Koplow. They also make a squirrel d6. They make a nice matched set, those two, you know … |
