Agreed: no major manufacturer (yet).

These are extremely difficult to find -

FE2b Cramer 1:72 vac
FE2b Formaplane 1:72 vac

Airfix BE.2c: I have the earlier kit they released last year, and while I haven't started it yet, it is pretty.

FE.2b: The FormaPlane vac kit is available through this guy:

I've built two of these vac kits, and have a third I'm planning on building as an FE.2d. The first one I built 30 years ago, and it's not that good. The second I finished a couple of years ago, and I'm quite happy with it:
