I recently ordered items from Pendraken, Pithead Miniatures, and Nuts! Publishing. The first two arrived well and at normal times for Turkish post. The third item did not arrive for 2 months. When notified, Nuts! Immiditely sent me a replacement order at no cost to me and via priority mail. It arrived in 7 days. Top service. Top service from all three companies! Konstantinos Travlos |

I´ve dealt with both Pendraken and Pithead, and have nothing but good things to say about both. Companies like that know that great customer service is a great advertisement.  |
